Our Ingredients

Vanilla biscuit - salted butter, (MILK), caster cane sugar, free range EGG, plain WHEAT flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), vanilla extract (organic bourbon vanilla extract (water, organic alcohol, organic bourbon vanilla pods) organic sugar).

 

Royal icing - icing sugar (tricalcium sulphate), EGG white powder (pasteurised dried EGG albumen, acidity regulator: citric acid; stabiliser: triethyl citrate), lemon juice, food colour, (corn syrup, humectant (E422), sugar, water, (green (E102, E133), yellow (E102, E110), red (E129, E110, E102), blue (E133, E122), purple (E122, E133), modified starch, gelling agent, (E406), preservatives (E330, E202, E331)). vanilla extract ((organic bourbon vanilla extract (water, organic alcohol, organic bourbon vanilla pods) organic sugar).

Sparkle dust - potassium aluminium silicate, colour (titanium dioxide)

Allergy advice: contains WHEAT GLUTEN, EGGS and MILK.

Our biscuits are made in a kitchen in which we also prepare lots of delicious things we take all the necessary steps to ensure cross contamination doesn’t happen, however, there is always a risk that one of our products (which contains a main allergen ingredient e.g. NUTS, PEANUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SULPHER DIOXIDE) could have come into contact with another product.
