Swan Princess
Add a touch of elegant fairytale magic to your christmas, with these beautiful swan biscuits. With hand piped ruffle wings, and flowers, a sprinkle of pink sugar crystals, and hand painted golden crowns. They are just such pretty treat.
All our biscuits are baked on a classic vanilla biscuit base, and iced with royal icing. Hand made from start to finish making your treats extra special. Every biscuit will arrive individually wrapped, which will keep it fresh for up to eight weeks, and finished with a hand tied satin bow.

Vanilla Biscuit; plain WHEAT flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), salted butter (MILK, salt) sugar, free range eggs, vanilla bean paste Vanilla Extract with Seeds (Water, Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Seeds, Ethanol), Sugar, Inulin, Thickener: Tragacanth.
Royal Icing; sugar (anti caking agent – tricalcium phosphate), EGG powder (pasteurised dried hen EGG albumen, Acidity regulator: Citric Acid; Stabiliser: Triethyl citrate), Bourbon Vanilla Extract (Water, Alcohol, Bourbon Vanilla Pods Sugar), lemon juice, food colouring; corn syrup, sugar, humectant, E422, water, colours, Pink; E122*, modified starch, gelling agent, E406, preservatives, E202, E330, E331.
Edible pen; water, Humectant, (gycerol), Acidity regulator (citric acid), stabiliser (gum arabic), colours (E102*, E110*, E120, E129*, E133)
Silver Glitter Spray; Potassium Aluminium silicate, colour; titanium dioxide
Metallic paints; gum arabic, water, mica-based pearlescent pigments E171, E133, E102*, citric acid.
Pink sugar crystals; suagr, glazing agent (shellac), water, colours (carmine, titanium dioxide)
Pink petal powder; titianium dioxide E171, cochineal E120

Every single one of my biscuits is baked, decorated, packaged and posted with so much love and attention, completely by hand, by me. Please bear in mind that this is a super busy time of year, and orders will take longer than normal to be posted.
