Terms and conditions

I know it might seem boring but please take a minute to read our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed online, and bespoke orders placed with us. 

All biscuits will be produced and packaged in a hygienic manner, (did you know we have a five star rating). They will be packaged individually, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This keeps your biscuits nice and fresh. They will be labelled with a best before sticker on the back of each biscuit, and finished with a ribbon.

Please note that biscuits are not supplied with ingredients labels. Full ingredients lists are available, including allergy advice, on the product page for each biscuit. It is important to us that we are clear about what has gone into your biscuits, and what you can expect for your money. Full ingredients can be emailed on request for bespoke orders made with us.

Biscuits will be freshly made to order, when you place an order online with us. This is to give you the longest shelf life possible, and to avoid food wastage. For this reason it is important that you allow approximately one full week, (5 working days) for your order to be made and dispatched. 

Please note that orders will be dispatched as soon as they are ready, which may be quicker than the estimated week. 

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled after an order has been dispatched. 

If you require a large quantity of biscuits, (over 50), it is advised that you  contact us prior to placing an order. This is to check that we will have the time to make them for you. 

Payment in full, including delivery must be paid at the time of placing your order. All payments are processed through PayPal.

All orders will be package in suitable packaging to keep them safe in the post, however please be aware that biscuits are fragile, and we cannot promise you that an accident will never happen. In the event that your biscuits arrive broken in the post, please contact us as soon as possible. We will either supply you with replacement biscuits, or if this is not suitable, we will refund you for the broken portion of your order. We will only refund the postage if your entire order is broken. 

All biscuits will be posted via 1st class Royal Mail Post, or via Next Day Royal Mail Post, (this refers to the choose your delivery day option, during checkout). As requested by you, the customer. It is recommend that you allow 2-3 working days for Royal Mail Post, however it can on occasion take longer. Please note that next day delivery is only available, Monday to Friday, and you must specify your delivery day. 

Please also be aware that as we are a small business operating out of a domestic kitchen we may occasionally need to take a break, and temporarily close the website. If this is the case we will give as much notice as possible, and advertise this on our homepage. Everyone needs a holiday sometimes.

In the event of illness we reserve the right to cancel orders, at any time. Health and safety is very important to us, please understand while this is highly unlikely, should we choose to cancel your order, it will be for your own safety. 

Despite our biscuits starting life in a small domestic kitchen, it is our priority that we offer you a swift and professional service.

Cancellations and Returns

We hope you love our biscuits as much as we do, however if you are not happy with your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can fix it for you.

If you decide to return your biscuits, all we ask is that you use the box they arrived in, and post them as quickly as you can. We will happily refund the cost of your biscuits, but sadly we cannot refund the cost of the return postage. Refunds will issued upon arrival of the returned items, it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage. 

If your biscuits get damaged in the post, we would love to send you a replacement as quickly as possible. However if this is not suitable, under these circumstances we will offer you a refund for the broken items.

 

If you decide to cancel you order, please let us know as soon as possible. 

Please note we cannot offer refunds for personalised items.
